OTM mat based fitness classes

Our mat-based fitness classes are the perfect solution to help you achieve your strength and fitness goals.

Our fitness classes are ideal to help you develop strength and stability for aerial, or Ideal for those who prefer their feet firmly on the ground and are looking for a friendly gym alternative based in the center of Trowbridge.

£38 all inclusive membership or drop in for £8

Aerial Classes

Adults - silks, hoop, loop, static trapeze

SASS Circus has been teaching aerial hoop, aerial silks, aerial loop, and static trapeze in Trowbridge for over a decade. An alternative & and fun fitness class that becomes a hobby. Aerial fitness is one of the best ways to get stronger and fitter whilst making new friends. We welcome students from all walks of life, and pride ourselves on our welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Classes from complete beginner to advanced.

Pole Dance Classes

Pole dance fitness for adults

Our Trowbridge pole dance classes take place on Thursday evenings with studio owner Amirah.

Pole dance classes are one of the best ways to help you increase your strength, coordination, mobility, and confidence whilst having lots of fun. Classes consist of strength training, dance transitions, spins, and tricks. We are lucky enough to offer 4m tall poles which are a hit with the more advanced students and toasty warm temperatures during cold winter months.

Circus classes for children 5-17yrs

At SASS we pride ourselves on delivering some of the most exciting after school activities for children of all ages. Aerial hoop for children and aerial silks for children are two of our most popular children's classes. Children learn fun ways to keep fit and get strong as well as building strong friendships, community spirit, and confidence. Our Children's and teens classes are suitable for primary age upwards each class on the timetable is marked with the appropriate age.

Term prices work out at £8-10 depending on the length of the class 45 / 60 mins

Home ED

circus sessions for the home ed community

Our home ed sessions are a fantastic way to encourage children to into fitness, and alternative learning. Our home ed class are based on explorative circus play. Children will get a chance to try multiple circus activities, such as hula hoops, juggling, spinning plates, team games, aerial hoop, aerial silks, and mindfulness activities including yoga. Led by experienced home educator and SEN specialist Emma Day. Parents can stay and play at home ed classes..

The term price works out at £12 per session.

Circus Tots

Our cutest new class for pre school children 0-5 years

Circus Tots is our cutest new class for preschool children, suitable for ages 0-5 years. Parents stay and encourage fun new experiences using a range of ground-based and low-soft aerial slings. A great alternative to children's gymnastics, helping them learn basic motor skills, throwing, catching, resilience, and strength as well as important social time for parents and babies.

£8 Drop-ins. Discounts for siblings. Term price coming soon.

Holiday Club

The most fun holiday club around for 5yrs plus

Our holiday club is one of the most fun around. Providing childcare from 9am - 3pm during the school holidays.

Our Trowbridge holiday club provides parents with a safe and fun place for their children to come and learn new skills during the school holidays. During the holiday club, children get to play games, try circus activities, take to the skies in our aerial silks, aerial hoops, aerial loops, and static trapeze, try their hand at arts and crafts, twist balloons and make great new friends.

£30 per day. £50 for siblings and £25 for additional siblings. Occasional early bird offers
